We
hope that you will not have to cancel your reservation.
We are looking forward to your visit. It is important
to understand our policy about cancellations. Unlike
hotels, with hundreds of rooms, we do not overbook.
Therefore, we need ample time to rebook your reservation
in case of a cancellation and hope you can understand
the important need for this policy. This helps us
stay in business.
Deposit Policy:
One night’s deposit
is required to confirm a reservation. The balance
is due upon arrival. Change in your plans must be
made ten (10) days prior to your arrival. No refunds
for departures earlier than confirmed.
Cancellation prior to ten (10) days refundable minus
$25 cancellation fee. Reservations made mess than
10 days prior to a scheduled visit require advance
payment and is not refundable upon cancellation.
Special Events: Payment to McMurphy’s sixty
(60) days prior to your arrival. Deposit of one night
upon confirmation of original reservation.
REFUNDS for cancellation within sixty (60) days prior
to your arrival.
Special rates and minimum stays apply per confirmation.
NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED
FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF TIME CONFIRMED.
